The Roswell UFO incident has made a huge impact in the North American media. It has become a subject for movies, tv shows, video games, and books.

Movies

• Roswell - 1994 movie based on the supposedly "true" facts from many witnesses about the discovery of a UFO and its alien crew, which crashed in Roswell, New Mexico, in 1947. It starred Kyle McLachlan and Martin Sheen and was nominated for a Golden Globe Award for Best Motion Picture Made for Television. The script was based on the book UFO Crash at Roswell by Kevin Randle and Donald Schmitt.

• Independence Day - not directly related to Rosweel but based on an alien invasion. Starring Will Smith, Jeff Goldblum, and Bill Pullman.

• Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull - based on Indiana Jones' study of the aftermath of the Roswell UFO crash. Starring Harrison Ford.

• Alien Autopsy - released in 2006. Comical film based on Santilli's made up alien autopsy footage.

Television

• Roswell - aired 1999-2002 on the WB Network. The show was based on the lived of 4 aliens who survived the Roswell UFO crash and took the form of 4 teenagers.

• Seven Days - based around a time machine found in Roswell. Involved the popular and controversial theories about the Roswell UFO Incident

• Futurama - in the episode "Roswell That Ends Well", a Planet Express crew find themselves in 1947 being mistaken for a UFO.

• Buzz Lightyear of Star Command - the animated children series created an episode where Buzz Lightyear travels to Roswell which is inhabited by aliens

Video Games

• Tony Hawk's Pro Skater - includes a level called Roswell with aliens and UFO's.

• Destroy All Humans - players travel to a base in Roswell to free captured aliens.

• Africa Korps vs Desert Rats - there is a UFO spaceship and when you approach it, an alien says "When I get back to Roswell I'll have a hell of a tale to tell".

• Shadow Hearts: From the New World - includes a level set in Roswell with a UFO crash. Players have to rescue aliens.

• Motocross Madness 2 - there is a stunt in "Roswell, New Mexico" which shows blurry images of crashing and flying UFO's.
