Roswell and the Media

The Roswell UFO incident has made a huge impact in the North American media. It has become a subject for movies, tv shows, video games, and books.

 

Movies

 

  • Roswell - 1994 movie based on the supposedly "true" facts from many witnesses about the discovery of a UFO and its alien crew, which crashed in Roswell, New Mexico, in 1947. It starred Kyle McLachlan and Martin Sheen and was nominated for a Golden Globe Award for Best Motion Picture Made for Television. The script was based on the book UFO Crash at Roswell by Kevin Randle and Donald Schmitt.
